Eric Swider, Chief Executive Officer
Eric is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the agency's regional call center operations. Additionally, he is active developing major client and insurance carrier relationships. He has helped expand First Financial Network into a national insurance agency operating in all states. Eric earned a bachelors of Science degree in Business administration at the University of Detroit Mercy. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Michael Donahue, Chief Financial Officer
Michael is responsible for the financial and administrative operations of First Financial Network.  As a certified public accountant, he has 8 years of experience in distribution economics and agency acquisitions. Michael graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelors of Science in Accounting.

Jennifer Bryan, Director of Human Resources
Jennifer has full responsibility for managing our recruitment program as well as employee health insurance program, 401k administration, payroll processing, and employee relations. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University where she majored in Industrial Psychology. Jennifer has 4 years of experience in the industry.

David Hake, Chief Technology Officer
Art has overall responsibility for application development, system support service operations, technical infrastructure and integration of carrier systems that support the service and delivery of information to customers and affinity partners. David holds several industry certifications. He has over 15 years of experience leading the implementation of advanced technology solutions in the insurance industry.

Rebecca Greedy, Chief Compliance Officer
Rebecca is responsible for maintaining all state required corporate and individual insurance licenses held by First Financial Network and its agents. She also coordinates with our insurance carriers on licensing matters. Rebecca graduated from the University of Iowa where she majored in Linguistics and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Rebecca has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Noah Windbacher, Senior Vice President of Voluntary Benefits Program
Noah is responsible for the development of our benefit program and strategic alliances with key business partners. He works with customers and product vendors to find solutions to enhance our benefit programs. Noah earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Hope College where he majored in Business Administration. He has more than 4 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Natasa Spasovski, Senior Vice President of Client Services
Natasa is responsible for client service operations and client retention. Natasa develops strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retain loyal customers. Natasa majored in Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Natasa has more than 5 years in the financial services industry.

Trena Raby, Senior Vice President of Specialty Lines
Trena Raby is responsible for the specialty lines sales unit within our company. Her role is critical in developing our broad geographic reach and our custom approach to insuring our clients and all their specialty needs.

Andrew Drozdov, Senior Vice President of Life Insurance
Andrew is a passionate about life insurance. He is a strong believer in the value of life insurance for those left behind. He has helped our agency find and deliver affordable products to clients of all ages and health conditions. Andrew has more than 10 years of experience in the life insurance industry.

Linda Abro, Senior Vice President of Specialty Lines
Linda is responsible for the specialty lines sales unit within our company. Her role is critical in developing our broad geographic reach and our custom approach to insuring our clients and all their specialty needs.

Matthew Graham, Senior Vice President of Personal Lines
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Matthew has helped our company consistently deliver affordable, quality insurance products to our clients while maintaining profitability for our carriers.

Jessica Swider, Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing
Jessica works with local and national advertising sources to plan our strategy for market penetration. She secures ad space and develops strategic alliances. Jessica has over 6 years of industry experience.
